SAM CATRAL QUARTET – original modern jazz

This newly formed group of young Milwaukee musicians consists of Luis Solis Trinidad on tenor Sax, Liam Phillips on upright Bass, Yanni Chudnow on drums, and Samuel Catral on guitar. This performance will be the groups first time at bar centro and will feature Sam’s original compositions. Please join us for this special night that you won’t want to miss.

Sam Catral is a Milwaukee guitarist and educator with a degree in jazz guitar from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  He performs in many local groups and has a passion for music and improvisation inspired by many different styles such as jazz, blues, soul, and r&b.
