as the initial shock at the closing of centro starts to wear off we want to thank the multitude of people that have passed through our door our guests and staff, the delivery, repair and sales people

we thank those that contributed to our  success building it was truly a labor of love

and

we are surprised, pleasantly delighted, and ultimately very proud that centro in turn was so loved

impossible without our talented, hardworking, and dedicated staff

we gave our all to create and maintain a friendly space and business within which they had the freedom to create and ply their skills to consistently prepare and serve delicious food and drinks with warmth and care

we will miss many aspects of this beautiful adventure and we look forward to new ones.
