bar centro welcomes Ms. Kaprice Maxwell, the first Wisconsin local to win 1st place in the 2016 Music Vocal – Contemporary category in the NAACP ACT-SO national competition, receiving the 2017 outstanding performance award in Downbeat Magazine’s international Music Student Awards, and receiving the 2020 Best Performance in the Blues/Pop & Rock Category in Downbeat Magazine’s International Music Student Awards.
