Pat, along with his wife Peg Karpfinger, own and operate the café; a storefront they purchased in 2003 and proceeded, slowly, to rehabilitate.
The space shines with the loving care dedicated to its restoration.
The chefs calmly work their magic behind the front of house grill.
Flames intermittently flare up and reflect in the mirrors on the opposite wall.
Piping hot dishes, prepared individually, arrive at marble tables still steaming.
