Since we opened in 2009, we have provided gluten free pasta to the delight of many of our guests. Why gluten free? We know it’s more than just a trend, it’s a way of life for many – and often their dining options are limited.
We are not a certified gluten free restaurant, but we’ll take the worry from you when eating here. Our menu can be adapted to your eating style. We know that many people have food allergies and work to ensure that all customers have a great dining experience, regardless of dietary restrictions.
Our gluten free pasta comes from RP’s in Madison. The rotini and gluten free lasagna sheets we use contain brown flour, water, potato starch, tapioca starch, whole egg, xanthan gum, salt, and glucono-delta-lactone.
Our gluten free pizza crusts are made by Udi’s, of the first companies who catered specifically to gluten free customers. Their crusts are not vegan, but are dairy, soy, and nut-free. The crusts are made with water, tapioca startch, brown rice flour, non-GMO canola oil, egg whites, evaporated cane sugar, tapioca syrup, tapioca starch, salt, xanthan gum, yeast, cultured corn syrup, solids, and enzymes.
