Being able to watch the chef personally prepare your food is something you don't often get to experience. Some people in Riverwest might believe it takes away from the "vibe" of the area, but I believe the exact opposite because it is inviting and well done. I very much hope Centro cafe' can give inspiration for more restaurants of this quality to move into the area. Great Job! We'll be seeing you tonight!
